At Fowl Play Decoys, we build gear for the grueling reality of a Canadian waterfowl season. We want you to be 100% confident in your spread. Because we ship directly from our warehouse in Saskatoon, you can say goodbye to international return headaches and "border tax" frustrations.

The Fowl Play "Season-Strong" Warranty

We stand behind our engineering. While big-box gear is built for the shelf, our gear is built for the field.

  • Hard Goods (Decoys & Bags): We offer a one-season (1-year) limited warranty on all silhouette decoys and storage bags. This covers manufacturing defects such as snapped metal buckles, delaminating 5mm bodies, or failed seams under normal hunting conditions.

  • The Difference: If our 3.2mm stakes or metal hardware fail due to a defect in the freezing temperatures they were built for, we’ll make it right.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover "hunter error" (e.g., accidental damage from shot, vehicle accidents, or improper storage).


30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Apparel & Accessories: To keep our prices low and maintain hygiene standards, all clothing, hats, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus shipping costs.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fowlplaydecoys@gmail.com.
