At Fowl Play Decoys, we know that when the flight is on, you need your gear yesterday. We fulfill our gear from two different streams to ensure you get the best quality waterfowl equipment and custom apparel.
1. Shipping Locations
- Hard Goods (Decoys & Gear): Shipped directly from our warehouse in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan—the heart of Canadian waterfowl country.
- POD Apparel (Hats, Shirts & Hoodies): Our custom "Print-on-Demand" items are produced and shipped from our specialized partner facilities to ensure high-quality prints and local fulfillment whenever possible.
2. No Duties, No Surprise Fees
Because we are 100% Canadian owned and operated, Canadian customers will never pay import duties, brokerage fees, or US exchange rate surcharges. The price you see in your cart is your final price.
3. Order Processing
- In-Stock Hard Goods: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- POD Apparel: These items are custom-made just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships.
4. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Canada-Wide: We offer competitive shipping across all provinces. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- USA Shipping: We ship to the lower 48 states. Please note that US customers are responsible for any local state taxes or customs duties applied by their country.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Please note: If your order contains both hard goods and apparel, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

6. Missing or Lost Packages
Fowl Play Decoys is not responsible for items lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package is stuck in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at fowlplaydecoys@gmail.com and we will help you track it down or file a claim.
